- Create a workflow in Automation Workflows.
- Set the Trigger Type to
External Integration Event Received. - Configure event type filters as needed.
- You don’t need a separate contact step: Peikly creates or links the contact from the event’s customer data before the first action step. Events without a customer name, email or WhatsApp number fail at that step. With a specific store-event trigger (for example Order Completed) instead, add Add/Upsert Contact first.
- Add further steps (send email, send WhatsApp, add tag, etc.).
- Activate the workflow.
