11.30 Manually Trigger a Workflow

1. On the Workflow List, click Trigger now (lightning icon).
2. In Contact, search by name, WhatsApp number or email and pick the contact. Only contacts you have access to are listed.
3. Optionally enter a version ID to test an unpublished version. Leave it empty to use the published version.
4. Confirm. A new run starts for that contact right away.

Good to know:

• A manual run has no inbound message, so Message Matches is always FALSE and Unsubscribe with Trigger Channel fails. To test an auto-reply, send the real message from your own phone instead.
• Plain-text WhatsApp steps only succeed if that contact wrote to your number in the last 24 hours.
