Open Settings → Company Settings. A row of shortcut links at the top (Company, Business profile, Logo & colours, Assistant memory when available, Integration tokens) jumps to each section.
7.2.1 Company Settings card (name and activity type) #
| Field | What to enter | Rules |
|---|---|---|
| Company name | Your organization’s name | Required, up to 500 characters. Used in onboarding, AI setup and the billing documents (invoices) clients receive. |
| Activity type | What your business does | Required. Choose from: E-Commerce, Services, SaaS / Tech, Retail, Healthcare, Clinic, Real Estate, Restaurant, Education, Consulting, Other. |
The activity type is the industry the AI uses for suggestions and template guidance. Your original business goal from onboarding is kept unchanged.
Steps: edit the fields → click Save Company Settings.
| Message | Why | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Company settings updated successfully. | Saved | — |
The OrganizationName field is required. | Company name left empty | Enter a name |
Unable to load company settings. | The company record could not be read | Refresh and retry; contact support if it persists |
Unable to update company settings. | Saving the name or the activity type failed | Retry; contact support if it persists |
7.2.2 Business Profile: what the AI assistant knows about you #
Tell the assistant about your business once. It then uses this for every email, WhatsApp message, social post, support reply and AI image or video it writes or designs, so you never retype it. Every field is optional — fill in what you can; each one improves results.
A badge at the top right shows the state: Not set up yet (amber) until you have saved content in at least one of What your business does, Who your customers are or Tone of voice, then In use (green). While it shows Not set up yet a blue tip reminds you that filling in the first few fields makes a visible difference.
Click Save Business Profile (bottom right) to save the whole card. On success: "Business profile saved. Your AI assistant will use it from now on." The assistant uses the new values from your next request.
About the business — who you are and who you serve
| Field | What to enter | Limit | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| What your business does | In your own words | 2000 | We run a family dental clinic in Dubai Marina offering same-day appointments. |
| Who your customers are | The single most useful field for content | 2000 | Working professionals aged 25–45 who want appointments outside office hours. |
| What makes you different | Why customers choose you | 1000 | Same-day appointments and transparent pricing. |
| Main products or services | So content can mention real offers | 2000 | Check-ups, whitening, implants, emergency care. |
| Tagline | Short positioning line | 200 | Same-day dental care in Dubai |
| Default call to action | Used when a post has no specific one | 200 | Book your appointment |
Logo & colours — see 7.2.3.
Voice — how you want to sound
| Field | What to enter | Limit | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tone of voice | A few words | 100 | Suggestions appear as you click: warm and professional, friendly and casual, clear and clinical, playful, premium and understated, confident and direct. You can type your own. |
| Writing style notes | Rules for how to write | 1000 | Short sentences. No emoji. Never use exclamation marks. |
| Words to prefer | Comma-separated | 1000 | guests, treatment plan — e.g. "guests" instead of "customers" |
| Words to never use | Comma-separated | 1000 | cheap, patients — the assistant will never use these |
| Claims to avoid | Anything you must not say for legal, regulatory or accuracy reasons | 1000 | Never promise guaranteed results or specific recovery times. |
Reach — where and in what language
| Field | Limit | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Countries or regions you serve | 500 | UAE, Saudi Arabia |
| Main language | 50 | English |
| Other languages | 200 | Arabic |
| Opening hours | 300 | Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm |
Anything else — Anything else the assistant should know (2000): your own free-text instructions, e.g. Always mention that parking is free. Never discuss competitor pricing. Treat it as notes about your business, not commands to the system.
Tips
- Be concrete. "Family dental clinic in Dubai Marina" beats "healthcare services".
- Words to never use and Claims to avoid are the cheapest way to keep the assistant on the right side of legal or brand rules.
- Support, templates, campaigns, social captions, AI images and videos all read this profile. Changing it changes the voice everywhere from then on.
| Message | Why | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A red message under a field about a maximum length | Text longer than the limit in the tables above | Shorten it |
Use a hex colour such as #1A73E8. | A colour box is not a valid hex colour | See 7.2.3 |
Unable to save your business profile. | The server could not save | Retry; contact support if it persists |
7.2.3 Logo & colours and the logo on AI media switch #
This section is inside the Business Profile card and is saved with Save Business Profile.
Your logo
- Click Choose logo (it says Change logo once one is set). The Choose Your Logo window opens with your Media Library.
- Either pick an existing image, or open the Upload tab and upload a new one (button Upload logo).
- Click Use this logo. The preview tile updates immediately.
- Click Save Business Profile. The logo is not stored until you save.
- To remove it: click Remove, then Save Business Profile.
Tips:
- Use a PNG with a transparent background — it blends cleanly onto pictures.
- Only images can be chosen. If the Upload tab is missing you do not have permission to upload files; pick an existing image or ask a CompanyAdmin.
- SVG logos cannot be stamped onto AI pictures or videos (see below). Upload a PNG version.
Brand colours — Primary colour, Secondary colour, Accent colour
- Click the small colour square to pick a colour, or type a hex code in the box (
#0D6EFD). The two stay in sync. - Accepted:
#RGB,#RRGGBB, or#RRGGBBAA. Anything else showsUse a hex colour such as #1A73E8. - The colours are used when designing emails and as the palette of AI-generated pictures. Leave blank to let the AI choose.
Add my logo to AI-generated images and videos (switch)
This switch controls whether the AI media generator ("Create with AI" in the Publishing Wizard and AI drafts) places your real logo on the pictures, carousel slides and videos it creates.
| Switch | What happens |
|---|---|
| On (default) | After a picture or video is generated, the app places your logo file on it: bottom-right corner for pictures, top-left of the safe area for videos. The AI is told to keep that corner quiet. |
| Off | No logo is added. The AI is also told not to draw any logo or brand mark and not to keep a corner free for one. Use this if you prefer to add your logo yourself — for example in Canva (18.1). |
Things to know:
- It only governs AI-generated media. Your logo is still used in emails and other brand material.
- It applies to media generated from now on. Pictures and videos that already carry a logo are not changed.
- Editing an existing AI picture ("Change the picture"): with the switch on, the edit keeps the logo that is already in the corner. With it off, the edit is told not to add any logo.
- If you have no logo chosen, nothing is added whether the switch is on or off. An amber note says so under the switch.
- Changing the switch needs Save Business Profile to take effect.
- The AI never draws a logo itself, because it cannot reproduce one faithfully. Any logo you see on generated media is your real file.
"The logo is missing even though the switch is on"
| Cause | What to do |
|---|---|
| No logo chosen, or the chosen file was deleted from the Media Library | Choose a logo again and save |
| Logo is an SVG | Upload a PNG version and choose it |
| Logo is in an unsupported image format | Use PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF |
| You did not click Save Business Profile | Save, then generate again |
| The picture was generated before you turned the switch on | Generate a new one — existing media is not changed |
| Logo drawing is turned off for the whole platform (a server setting) | Ask your administrator |
"The logo is on my media but I do not want it" → switch it off, Save Business Profile, then generate the picture again (a new generation, or use Finish in Canva to place your own).
7.2.4 What the assistant has learned #
This card appears only when AI memory is available for your account. It is the trust screen: the assistant picks up facts about your business from closed support conversations and from your social-media analysis reports, and you decide what it keeps.
- Suggestions (amber badge n awaiting review) — guesses the assistant is not using yet. Each shows the fact, a category (for example audience, voice, product, performance, preference, operations, creative), where it came from and sometimes a quote of the evidence.
- Click Correct to accept: "Saved. The assistant will use this from now on."
- Click No to dismiss: "Dismissed. We will not suggest this again."
- In use — facts the assistant is using now, with how many times it was seen and when it was last confirmed. Click the trash icon (Forget this) to remove one entirely: "Removed."
- A line at the bottom shows how many suggestions you dismissed. Dismissed ideas are never proposed again.
Messages: That suggestion could not be saved. / That suggestion could not be dismissed. / That item could not be removed. — the server could not complete the action; retry. If you see "Nothing yet", that is normal for a new account — it fills as you use support and social analysis.
Business Profile vs learned facts: what you type in the Business Profile always counts. Learned facts are extra, lower-trust hints that only count after you press Correct.
