The Connections Center shows every channel and integration your plan includes, and whether each one is working, in one place. It covers Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook), Pinterest, LinkedIn, email (mail servers and your own mailbox) and Canva. A platform your plan does not include is not listed.
Quick check from any page:
- Click the plug icon in the top bar. The menu lists each connection with its status.
- A coloured dot on the icon means something needs you: amber when a connection needs attention, red when one is disconnected. A platform you have never set up does not light the dot.
- Click a row to open that platform’s page, or click Manage all connections for the full page.
Full page: Manage all connections opens Connections, with one row per platform, the connected account, when it was last checked, and a button: Connect for a platform you have not set up, Reconnect for a broken one, or Manage for a working one.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Connected | Working normally |
| Not connected | Never set up. Not an error; set it up when you need it |
| Needs attention | Still connected, but something needs action soon, for example a missing permission or an authorization that is about to expire |
| Disconnected | No longer working, for example because access was removed on the platform’s side. Reconnect it |
Who owns each connection:
- Company connections (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, mail servers) are set up once by a company administrator for everyone. Other users see Managed by your admin instead of a button.
- Personal connections are about you only: My mailbox (the reply-to mailbox assigned to you, see 10.2) and your own Canva account. You connect and disconnect Canva yourself; disconnecting it keeps your designs in your Canva account. Mailboxes are set up and assigned by a company administrator.
A status can take up to 30 seconds to update after you change a connection.
