2.8 Access Denied

If you try to reach a page you do not have permission to view:

• Icon: Red shield-lock
• Message: "You do not have permission to view this resource. Please contact a system administrator if you believe this is an error or require additional privileges."
• Buttons: Back to dashboard and Go to contacts

Common causes:

• Accessing a CompanyAdmin-only page as TenantUser.
• Accessing a feature disabled by your subscription plan.
• Accessing a contact or resource you have been restricted from seeing.
