What This Feature Does #
The Pinterest module lets you manage a connected Pinterest account directly from Application: publish pins, browse pin history, and review performance insights.
When to Use #
- Use when your audience discovers your brand through Pinterest boards and search.
- Use when your team wants to plan and publish pins from the same CRM workspace used for other channels.
- Do not use this until a Pinterest account is connected.
Prerequisites #
- CompanyAdmin or TenantUser role with Pinterest module access granted.
- A Pinterest account, connected through Application’s own sign-in flow (this is a separate connection from the Meta connection used by WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook — see 8. Meta Platform Connection for that one).
- Enterprise plan (or a plan tier that includes the Pinterest feature set).
