- Click Schedule something.
- Step 1 — When. Set the date, time, and time zone, or use a quick preset (In 1 hour, Tomorrow 9:00 AM, Next Monday 9:00 AM). Click Next.
- Step 2 — Type. Pick an activity type from the card grid. Cards are grouped: Messaging (WhatsApp/Email template or broadcast), Social (Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest), Automation (Run Workflow), and Follow-up (Reminder). Types your plan or permissions don’t include are not shown. Click Next.
- Step 3 — Details. The fields depend on the type:
- WhatsApp / Email template message: choose the Recipient from the contact dropdown (search by name). To send to someone who isn’t a contact, tick enter a phone number / email address manually and type it. Then choose the Template; if it has dynamic parameters, fill them in.
- Reminder: choose the contact the reminder is about, and a title.
- Broadcasts, social posts, Run Workflow: choose the specific item to schedule from the type-specific picker (which draft broadcast, which workflow, etc.).
- Set the Title and optional Summary for the calendar entry.
- Step 4 — Review. Check the summary of what will happen and when, then click Save Scheduled Activity.
What happens: A confirmation shows "Scheduled activity saved successfully." and the item appears on the calendar.
WhatsApp/Email template messages and Reminders scheduled against a contact also show in that contact’s Reminders & Tasks panel — see 5.11 Contact Reminders & Follow-up Tasks.
