# 2.8 Access Denied

If you try to reach a page you do not have permission to view:

- **Icon:** Red shield-lock
- **Message:** *"You do not have permission to view this resource. Please contact a system administrator if you believe this is an error or require additional privileges."*
- **Buttons:** `Back to dashboard` and `Go to contacts`

**Common causes:**

- Accessing a CompanyAdmin-only page as TenantUser.
- Accessing a feature disabled by your subscription plan.
- Accessing a contact or resource you have been restricted from seeing.
