If LinkedIn features stop working #

  1. Open LinkedIn → Overview and check the connection and Pages.
  2. If it says the connection needs attention, click Reconnect LinkedIn.
  3. Confirm your user still has LinkedIn access under User Management → Data Access.
  4. For a failed post, open its Failed badge in Social Media → Posts to read the reason, then Retry.

What happens if this fails? #

  • If LinkedIn stops accepting the connection, company administrators are notified and LinkedIn publishing pauses; queued posts fail with a reconnect message and can be retried after reconnecting.
  • A post that LinkedIn refuses is marked Failed with the reason; nothing is published.
