11.29 Activate and Deactivate a Workflow

  • Activate (play icon on the Workflow List): confirm, and the workflow starts reacting to its trigger again. Status becomes Active.
  • Deactivate (stop icon): confirm, and the workflow stops reacting to its trigger. If runs are still in progress, you choose:
    • Stop now: cancels the running runs immediately.
    • Wait for completion: no new runs start; status shows Deactivating until the current runs finish, then Paused.

Deactivated workflows keep their history and can be activated again at any time.
