You can describe an automation in plain words and let the AI assistant build it.
- Click the âš¡ Quick Actions button in the top bar (or open the support widget) and choose Create Automation.
- Answer the questions: Workflow name, What should this automation do?, Trigger (optional), and Activate immediately.
- The assistant shows the proposed trigger and every step, including the branches ("if yes: step 4; if no: step 3").
- If a step needs something from your account (a WhatsApp or email template, a mailbox, or a team member), you’re asked to pick it.
- Confirm. The workflow is saved (and published, if you chose Activate immediately), and the designer opens so you can review or adjust it.
What it can build: every contact, messaging and condition activity in the designer, including Message Matches branches, plain-text WhatsApp replies and custom emails, delays, and branches that meet again. On WhatsApp message triggers it always puts Add/Upsert Contact first.
What it does not build: campaign, broadcast and Pinterest activities. Add those in the designer.
How to describe it well:
- Name the trigger: "When someone messages us on WhatsApp…", "When I add a contact…", "When an order is completed…".
- List each case with its keyword and reply: "if they write ‘price’, reply with: …; if they write ‘/website’, reply with: …".
- Say what happens to everyone afterwards: "then tag them Lead and assign them to Sara".
- Say what to do when nothing matches: "otherwise do nothing", or "otherwise reply: …".
Example request: "When a WhatsApp message arrives: if it contains ‘price’, reply with our price list (AED 999 for the basic package); if it is exactly ‘/website’, reply with links to our portfolio; otherwise do nothing. Tag everyone we answered as Lead."
