Introductory Offers #

A plan may carry a limited-time introductory offer — for example 50% off for the first 3 months. When one applies to a plan you’re choosing, the picker shows the regular price crossed out, the discounted price, how many months it lasts, and the date the offer closes to new sign-ups. Some offers are open to everyone; others arrive only through a private link someone sends you (for example by email or WhatsApp) and may ask for a code — if you have one, enter it under Have an offer code? on the plan step.

What to know:

  • Monthly billing only. Switching the toggle to Yearly shows the regular yearly price with no discount.
  • Once per company, ever. A company gets at most one introductory discount in its lifetime — cancelling and subscribing again does not unlock another one.
  • Changing plans or cancelling ends it. If you switch plans or cancel while a discount is running, the discounted price does not carry over; you’ll see a warning before you confirm. While it’s running, the billing page shows how much time is left and what you’ll pay once it ends.
  • An offer that has closed, is full, or doesn’t apply to your plan simply shows the regular price — it never blocks checkout.
