Contact not visible after creating it
- Check the filter panel for active filters.
- Click Clear Filters and search again.
- The contact may have been created by a user you cannot see (restricted access).
WhatsApp number invalid on import
- Use international format:
+1234567890(plus sign, country code, number, no spaces or dashes).
"You do not have permission to add contacts."
- Your TenantUser account has the contact add permission disabled.
- Ask your CompanyAdmin to enable it.
