Do I need to know how Meta's form builder works?
No. Peikly has its own designer and checks your form in plain language. You never open Meta’s tools.
Can a form be opened from a template button?
Yes. In the template designer, add an "Open a form" button and pick a published form. Each recipient gets their own link, so every answer is tied to the contact and the campaign.
Can I open a form from an ice breaker?
Yes. WhatsApp cannot attach a form to an ice breaker itself, so Peikly recognises the tapped text and replies with the form straight away.
Can I edit a form after publishing it?
A published form is locked by WhatsApp. Make a copy, change the copy and publish it as the new version.
Can I limit how many people choose an option?
Yes. Give an option in a data list a number of places. Once they are taken it shows as sold out.
Can I send a form in a normal chat?
Yes, while the 24-hour conversation window is open. Use the Send form button next to Send Template. Outside the window, send a template that has a form button.
Can I see who started a form but did not finish it?
Yes. The statistics page lists everyone who opened a form and stopped, with the last page they reached, and lets you send the form to them again with a message you write.
Can the assistant build a form for me?
Yes. Describe the form in your own words, for example a birthday registration in Arabic for a specific date. The assistant asks for the language and the date and time, then creates a draft for you to review and publish. For long option lists such as packages or branches it reuses a similar list you already have, or creates a new one with a few sample options for you to edit.
