Your team writes the posts. You decide what goes live.
A colleague or freelancer writes a post and sends it for review. You read it, comment on the exact caption or picture, fix it or send it back, and approve it when it is right. Nothing reaches your public pages before you say so.
Handing over your social accounts is a leap of faith
To let someone else post for your business, you either share your login or trust that every post will be right. A typo, the wrong offer or the wrong picture goes straight to your customers.
In Peikly your team can create content without ever being able to publish it, and you stay the owner of the connections.
From draft to live, with you in control
They write and submit
A teammate builds the post in the same Publishing Wizard everyone uses and clicks Submit for review, with an optional note.
You review it
See the post as it will look on each platform, comment on a caption, a picture or the schedule, compare with the previous round, or fix a typo yourself.
Approve or send it back
Approve to publish now, at the planned time or at a new time. Or return it with your comments and they fix it and resubmit.
Review that fits how small teams work
Editors, publishers and reviewers
Give each person the level they need, per platform, with one-click presets. Editors can write but never publish.
Comments where they belong
Comment on one platform's caption, hashtags, a single image or the schedule, and the author sees it next to that exact field.
Every round kept
Each resubmission is saved, and you can see what changed in the captions since the last round.
Fix it instead of returning it
Correct a typo yourself and approve, and the author can see what you changed.
Changes to scheduled posts
An editor can propose changes to a post that is already scheduled. It stays as it is until you approve.
Never forgotten
Reviewers are notified when a post arrives, authors when it comes back or is approved, and a reminder goes out when a post waits more than a day.
You keep the keys
The company owner controls who can connect or disconnect Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn, and is told about every change.
Approve from your phone
The review queue and decisions work on a phone, so approvals do not wait for you to be at a desk.
Availability
Content approval is included for every Peikly company that uses social media publishing, with no extra plan needed. See our pricing for details.
What you need first:
- At least one person with the review right and publishing rights on the platforms you post to
Content Approval: frequently asked questions
Can an editor publish by mistake?
No. A person without publishing rights cannot publish from the wizard, the Posts page, the calendar or an automation. They can only submit for review.
Who can approve a post?
The owner, company administrators and anyone you give the review right. To approve a post, a reviewer also needs publishing rights on every platform in it.
Do I have to review everything my team posts?
By default only people without publishing rights send posts for review. You can switch on review for every post, except yours and your reviewers’.
What if two reviewers approve at the same time?
Only the first approval takes effect, so the post is never published twice.
Who is shown as the author of an approved post?
The person who wrote it. The Posts page also shows who approved it and when.
