Does my whole team share one Canva account?
No. Each person connects their own Canva account, and their designs stay in it.
Can I use Canva's premium elements?
Only if your Canva plan includes them. Canva does not let free accounts export premium elements.
Why is the page blank when I edit a video?
Canva does not let other apps place a video on a new design. Your video is waiting in Canva’s Uploads, under Videos; drag it onto the page.
