Do I need the WhatsApp Business app?
No. Peikly uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. You connect your number to Peikly once, through Meta’s own sign-up window.
Can I send any text I like to my contacts?
Marketing messages to contacts who have not written to you in the last 24 hours must use a template approved by Meta. Peikly helps you design templates and submit them for approval.
Why did my broadcast pause?
Peikly pauses a broadcast when it reaches your number’s daily limit, its warm-up limit, or when the number’s quality rating turns red. The broadcast shows the reason and, where it is known, when it will continue. It resumes on its own.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages?
