# 11.2 View Workflow List

1. On the **Workflow Dashboard**, click **Workflow List**. The page is titled **Automation Workflows**.
2. Each row shows **Name**, **Trigger Type**, **Status** (Draft, Active, Paused, Deactivating, Archived), **Versions**, **Active Instances**, **Statistics**, **Last Run** and **Updated**.
3. **Statistics** shows Total, Running, Succeeded and Failed runs. Click the **Failed** count to see the failed runs and their errors.
4. The **Actions** buttons on each row are:
   - **Edit** (pencil): open the designer.
   - **Activate** (play) or **Deactivate** (stop): see [11.29](/docs/activate-and-deactivate-a-workflow/).
   - **Trigger now** (lightning): see [11.30](/docs/manually-trigger-a-workflow/).
   - **Last 10 executions** (clock): see [11.31](/docs/view-execution-history/).
   - **Delete workflow** (trash): see [11.33](/docs/delete-a-workflow/).
