# 11.31 View Execution History

1. On the **Workflow List**, click **Last 10 executions** (clock icon).
2. The popup lists the latest runs with status (Running, Completed, Failed, Paused, Cancelled), current step, start time, last execution time and details.
3. Click a shortened message in the details column to read it in full.
4. For a list of failed runs only, click the **Failed** count in the **Statistics** column.

**Reading the log:** each step logs a message, for example "Condition 'MessageMatches' evaluated to FALSE. Routed to step 6." or "WhatsApp text message sent using '…'". Step numbers match the order the designer assigned ([11.5](/docs/how-steps-connect-order-branches-and-ending/)).
