# Troubleshooting: Password Reset Links

**No reset email received**

1. Check spam/junk folder.
2. Wait 5–10 minutes.
3. Ensure you typed the correct email address.
4. For security, the system never confirms if an email is registered — the message always says "If registered, you will receive a link."

**"Invalid password reset link."**

- Link expired (typically expires in 24 hours) or was already used.
- Request a new reset link from the **Forgot Password** page.
