# Troubleshooting: Billing

**Subscription stuck in "Pending"**

- The payment gateway webhook has not confirmed activation yet.
- Wait 5–10 minutes after payment.
- If still pending, click **Complete Payment** to retry.
- If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction reference.

**"PayPal API error"**

- Gateway communication failure.
- Retry in a few minutes.
- Check PayPal's service status at [https://www.paypal-status.com/](https://www.paypal-status.com/).

**Subscription activated but features still locked**

- Cache may not have refreshed.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Wait 2–3 minutes for the subscription cache to clear.

**Cannot cancel subscription**

- The Cancel button only appears for Active subscriptions.
- If you cannot see it, your subscription may already be in a terminal state.
