# Troubleshooting: Authentication

**Confirmation link is invalid or expired**

- Confirmation links are time-limited.
- Request a new confirmation email by contacting support.

**Set Password link expired**

- Ask the CompanyAdmin to resend the invitation email.

**Redirected to Complete Organization Setup after every login**

- Your organization setup was started but not completed.
- Complete the form (organization name required) and click Save.
