| Status | Who Can Log In | Feature Access | What to Do |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Active | All users | Full per plan | Normal |
| Inactive | CompanyAdmin only | Blocked | Choose a plan |
| Pending | CompanyAdmin only | Blocked | Complete payment |
| Failed | CompanyAdmin only | Blocked | Retry via Complete Payment |
| Expired | CompanyAdmin only | Blocked | Renew or choose new plan |
| Cancelled (after the paid period ends) | CompanyAdmin only | Blocked | Choose a new plan |
| Suspended (temporary) | CompanyAdmin only | Blocked | Review compliance requirements |
| Suspended (permanent) | Nobody | Fully locked | Contact support |
