# 6.8 Social Media Rights: Editor, Publisher, Reviewer

Open a TenantUser's **Data Access** page and find **Social media**. It explains the three levels in plain language and has **Editor**, **Publisher** and **Reviewer** buttons that tick the matching switches for every platform at once. Nothing is saved until you press **Save**, and you can still adjust any platform afterwards.

| Level | Can write posts | Can publish without review | Can review others' posts |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Editor | ✅ | ❌ (posts go to review) | ❌ |
| Publisher | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |
| Reviewer | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Owner and CompanyAdmin | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |

Under each platform, **Write posts** is the Editor level and **Publish without review** is the Publisher level. The Pinterest and LinkedIn sections have the same two switches ("Manage … posts" and "Publish …"). **Review other people's social posts** makes someone a reviewer, and they need publishing rights on every platform of a post to approve it.

Writing posts no longer includes publishing them. If a teammate previously had only the "write posts" switch for Instagram and relied on it to publish, turn on **Publish without review** for them.

See [12.7](/docs/reviewing-posts-before-they-go-live/) for how review works day to day.
