# 15a.6 Teach the Assistant

On the content plan, click **Teach the assistant** and describe what has worked for you. Be concrete: what was in the picture or video, what happened, and why you think it worked. Click **Teach it**.

The assistant replies with exactly what it kept, or says that nothing looked like a lasting lesson. What it keeps is used in your next content plans and in the posts it designs. You can review everything the assistant has learned in **Settings** → **Company Settings** → [What the assistant has learned](/docs/company-settings/#724-what-the-assistant-has-learned).
