# 16. Scheduler: Troubleshooting

## Scheduling LinkedIn Posts

A LinkedIn post scheduled in the Publishing Wizard appears on the calendar as **LinkedIn Post**. Moving it on the calendar moves the post; cancelling it turns the post back into a draft. At the scheduled time the post is handed to LinkedIn and published within a minute or two.

## Errors, Messages, and Common Fixes

| Message | Why It Happens | How to Fix |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `Scheduler request failed.` | A save, reschedule, or cancel request failed | Retry; if it persists, confirm the underlying item (broadcast/template/workflow) still exists |
| An activity type is missing from the picker | Your plan or your user permissions do not include that channel/feature | Ask CompanyAdmin to confirm the feature and permission for that channel |
| *Choose a recipient contact or enter a phone number / email address* | A WhatsApp/Email message activity has no recipient | Pick a contact from the dropdown, or tick "enter manually" and type one |
| A contact WhatsApp/Email follow-up shows **Failed** | The contact has no number/email (and none was typed), or the template is no longer approved | Fix the contact's channel value or pick another template, then reschedule |

## If a scheduled item does not appear where expected

1. Confirm you have access to that activity type (feature and permission).
2. If you scheduled a broadcast directly from Email or WhatsApp Campaigns, refresh the Scheduler — it should already be listed automatically; you do not need to create it a second time here.
3. If it's still missing, open the source module (for example, the campaign's Broadcast Details) to confirm the schedule was actually saved there.
