# 11.9 Scheduled Trigger Settings

Shown when **Trigger Type** is **Scheduled** (paid plans only):

- **Schedule frequency:** Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
- **Time zone** (required): times below are in this zone.
- **Start date and time** (required) and **End date and time (optional)**.
- **Run on weekdays:** required for Weekly; tick one or more days.
- **Monthly day:** required for Monthly (1–31). In shorter months, a day that doesn't exist runs on the last day of the month.

A scheduled workflow has **no contact**, so it can only use contactless activities: **Delay**, **Start Email Camp.**, **Start WA Camp.**, **Trigger Broadcast**, **Publish Pinterest Pin**, **Sync Pinterest Boards** and **Publish LinkedIn Post**. To message a group of contacts on a schedule, use **Start Email Camp.** or **Start WA Camp.**, or schedule a campaign broadcast directly.
