# 20. Sales Partner Program

## Start Here: Use This Section When

- You were invited as a Sales Agent (referral partner) and need to activate your account.
- You want to find your referral link or check your commission earnings.
- A referred client's subscription status doesn't match what you expected.

> **Note:** This section covers the SalesAgent partner role only. It is a separate, platform-level role — not CompanyAdmin or TenantUser — and is not visible inside a normal company account. If you are a CompanyAdmin or TenantUser, this section does not apply to you.

## What This Feature Does

The Sales Partner Program lets an invited Sales Agent refer new client companies to Application using a personal referral link, track which companies they referred, and earn commission when a referred company takes a paid subscription or upgrades.

## Prerequisites

- You must be invited by a platform administrator (SysAdmin) — there is no self-signup for this role.
- A valid activation link from your invitation email (expires after 7 days).
