## Errors, Messages, and Common Fixes

| Message | Why It Happens | How to Fix |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `Invalid password setup link.` | Activation link expired or already used | Ask the platform administrator to resend your invitation |
| A referred company does not appear in My Clients | The company did not register through your referral link, or registration is still processing | Confirm the client used your exact referral link; allow a few minutes and refresh |
| A subscription event does not appear in My Earnings | No commission rate is set for you yet, the subscription is still in its waiting period, or the plan is free | Check with the platform administrator about your commission rate; free plans never generate commission |
