# 4. Home Dashboard

## What This Feature Does

The Home Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It shows a personalized operational summary based on your role and the features available in your plan.

## When to Use

- Use as a starting point to see recent activity, key stats, and pending tasks.
- Use to navigate quickly to the most important parts of the application.

## Prerequisites

- An active user account (CompanyAdmin or TenantUser).
- An active subscription (limited widgets appear for inactive subscriptions).

## What You See on the Dashboard

**CompanyAdmin:**

- Contact statistics (total contacts, growth trend)
- Subscription quota usage
- WhatsApp message statistics (when Meta is connected)
- Email server health (when mail servers are configured)
- Campaign outputs (recent broadcast results)
- Inbox activity
- Getting Started widget for new tenants

**TenantUser:**

- Inbox activity (emails and WhatsApp messages)
- Contact activity KPIs
- Campaign outputs

## Navigation and Shortcuts

Use the **Left Navigation Menu** (sidebar) to move between modules. Use the **Top Navigation Bar** for:

- **Quick Actions** (⚡ lightning button) — direct shortcuts to common tasks.
- **Notification Bell** (🔔) — recent alerts and unread message counts.
- **Profile / Sign Out** — bottom of the sidebar.
