# 19.1 Open Billing Dashboard

1. In the sidebar, click **Billing & Subscription**.
2. Review the **Current Plan Overview** card on the left.
3. Review the **Subscription Quota Widget** on the right for usage vs. limits.
4. Use the **Browse Available Plans** or **View Billing History** buttons for deeper actions.

## Current Plan Card

Shows:

- Plan name and description
- Status badge: Active (green), Expired (yellow), Suspended (red), etc.
- Price (e.g., `$29.99 / Monthly`)
- Started, Renews, or Trial Ends dates
- Cancellation date (if cancellation was requested)

**Action buttons:**

| Button | When Visible | What It Does |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `Cancel` | Active subscription that is not already cancelled | Stops renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period |
| `Resume` | Temporarily suspended subscription | Resumes the subscription |
| `Complete Payment` | Pending or Failed | Opens payment gateway to retry |
| `Change Plan` | Active plan | Opens plan selection |

## Subscription Quota Widget

Shows usage per feature:

- **Boolean:** `Enabled` badge (green checkmark)
- **Numeric with limit:** `Used / Limit` badge + progress bar
  - Green: 0–70%
  - Yellow: 71–90%
  - Red: 91–100%
- **Unlimited:** `Unlimited` badge

## Alert Banners by Status

| Status | Color | Message |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Suspended | Red | `Your account has been suspended. Please contact support or review your subscription.` |
| Expired | Yellow | `Your subscription has expired. Please renew to continue using all features.` |
| Inactive | Blue | `No active subscription found. Please choose a plan to get started.` |
| Pending | Blue | `Your subscription is pending activation. Please complete the payment process.` |
| Failed | Red | `Your last payment failed. Please update your billing information.` |
| Cancelled | Grey | `Your subscription has been cancelled and its paid period has ended. Choose a plan to continue.` |
