**Save every new WhatsApp sender as a lead (no reply):** **Message Received via WhatsApp** → **Add/Upsert Contact** → **Has Tag** "lead" → TRUE: end · FALSE: **Add Tag** "lead" → **Assign Contact** (your sales user).

**Welcome a contact you add, with a follow-up:** **New Contact Added Manually** → **Has WhatsApp** → TRUE: **Send WhatsApp** (Template: welcome) → **Delay** 2 days → **Send WhatsApp** (Template: follow-up). On the FALSE path: **Has Email** → TRUE: **Send Email** (Template: welcome).

**Abandoned cart recovery:** **Cart Abandoned** → **Add/Upsert Contact** → **Delay** 1 hour → **Send WhatsApp** (Template with `{Trigger.event.cart.total}` mapped to a parameter) → **Add Tag** "cart-abandoned".

**Follow up broadcast readers who replied:** **Triggered from Broadcast** (attach on the broadcast with event **Replied**) → **Add Tag** "engaged" → **Assign Contact** → **Send WhatsApp** (Plain text: "Thanks! A colleague will contact you shortly.").
