# 15. LinkedIn

## What This Feature Does

The LinkedIn module publishes to the LinkedIn Company Pages you manage and to your own LinkedIn profile, from the same **Publishing Wizard** as Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. It also has its own **LinkedIn** menu for the formats only LinkedIn has — polls, documents (swipeable PDF posts) and article link cards — plus a comment inbox and insights.

## When to Use

- Use for company news, thought leadership, hiring and B2B announcements on your Company Page.
- Use when a founder or expert wants to post on their personal profile from the same workspace.
- Use polls to ask your audience a question, and documents to share a guide or a deck as slides.
- Do not use this until a company administrator has connected LinkedIn.

## Prerequisites

- A plan that includes LinkedIn.
- CompanyAdmin, or TenantUser with LinkedIn module access granted under **User Management → Data Access**.
- A LinkedIn member who is an **administrator** or **content administrator** of your Company Page, to connect LinkedIn. That member's personal profile can also be posted to.
- LinkedIn connects separately from Meta and Pinterest.

## Common Use Cases

- Publish the same announcement to Instagram, Facebook and your LinkedIn Page in one go, with a more professional LinkedIn version of the text.
- Share a product guide or a presentation as a LinkedIn document post.
- Run a one-week poll and watch the results come in.
- Answer comments on your Company Page posts without leaving the CRM.
