# 13. Facebook

## What This Feature Does

The Facebook module lets you manage your Facebook Pages: view and respond to posts and messages, publish content, and review page insights.

Facebook posts are listed, created, edited and deleted in the same place as your Instagram posts and Pinterest pins: **Social Media → Posts** and the **Publishing Wizard**.

## When to Use

- Use when customer engagement happens through Facebook Pages or Messenger.
- Use when your team needs posting and message-handling inside the same CRM workspace.
- Do not use this until Page access and Meta permissions are confirmed.

## Prerequisites

- Meta Platform connected.
- Facebook Page linked to your Meta Business Account.
- `pages_show_list` Meta permission granted.
- Enterprise plan.

## Available Features

- **Facebook Dashboard:** Overview of page activity.
- **Facebook Posts:** Page posts are listed in **Social Media → Posts** (use the **Facebook** filter).
- **Facebook Messages:** Facebook Messenger inbox.
- **Facebook Publishing:** Create, schedule and edit Facebook posts in the **Publishing Wizard**.
- **Facebook Insights:** the statistics report on the Facebook overview (**Social Media** → **Overview**, then **Overview** on the **Facebook** card). It works exactly like Instagram's: see [12.5 Instagram Insights](/docs/instagram-insights/).
