## Start Here: Use This Section When

- An external platform should send events into Application.
- WordPress or WooCommerce is connected but events are not arriving.
- Events arrive but workflows do not run.
- You need to confirm whether the failure is token-related, request-related, or workflow-related.

## Prerequisites

- CompanyAdmin role.
- Pro plan (API access required).
- A tenant API token (created in Settings or during Onboarding).
- Automation feature (Enterprise plan) if you want events to trigger workflows.
