# 22.1 Export Company Data

1. In the sidebar, go to **Settings** → **Export Company Data** (or the data portability area).
2. Click **Export Company Data**.
3. The system generates a JSON file with your tenant's data.
4. The download begins automatically.

**What is included:** Contacts, email templates, campaigns, workflow definitions, mailbox configuration (no passwords), and user profiles.
