# 5.12 Contacts Dashboard

The Contacts Dashboard shows reports and charts about your whole contact base. Open it from the sidebar: **Contact Management** → **Dashboard**. **Contacts List** at the top takes you back to the list.

**Available on every plan:**

- **Summary tiles**: **Total Contacts**, **Active**, **Inactive**, **Tagged**, and **New This Week**.
- **New & Updated Contacts — Last 30 Days**: a daily chart comparing the current 30 days with the previous 30.
- **New Leads by Source**: where your new contacts came from.
- **Contacts by Country**: a map and list, with a count of contacts that have no country.
- **Channel Health**: the share of contacts with a valid, reachable WhatsApp number and email address.

**With Advanced Reports** (higher-tier plans; otherwise the section shows **Plan Upgrade Required**):

- **Tag Word Cloud**: your most-used contact tags.
- **Tag Co-occurrence**: which pairs of tags are most often applied to the same contact.
- **Dynamic Chart Generator**: filter contacts by country, city, language, person type, status, tag, email status or WhatsApp status; choose what to **Group By** and a **Chart Type** (**Bar**, **Line** or **Doughnut**). The chart updates as you change the options.

The dashboard counts only the contacts you are allowed to see, so two users can see different numbers (see [6.5 User Contact Data Access](/docs/user-contact-data-access/)). Empty charts say *"No … data available yet"* until enough contacts have that information.
