# 19.3 Cancel a Subscription

1. On the billing dashboard, click **Cancel**.
2. Optionally enter a reason, then confirm in the popup.
3. Success: *"Your subscription has been cancelled and will not renew. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period."*

What happens next:

- You are not charged again.
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. The billing dashboard shows this date as **Access until**.
- When that date passes, the subscription becomes **Cancelled** and paid features stop. The remaining time is not refunded.
- Your data is kept. To continue later, choose a plan again from the billing dashboard.
- Cancelling the recurring payment from your PayPal account works the same way.
