# 23. Support Widget

## Start Here: Use This Section When

- You need help without leaving the current page.
- You want the AI to suggest a direct action or shortcut.
- You need to escalate an issue with page context and optional screenshot.

## How to Access

Click the **floating support bubble** icon in the bottom-right corner of any page.

## What You Can Do

1. **Ask a question** in the chat input — the AI tries to answer or suggests a relevant Quick Action.
2. **Create a ticket** — sends a formal support request with your message and optional screenshot.
3. **Use Quick Action suggestions** — if the AI detects your intent, it suggests a Quick Action button you can launch immediately.

## If X -> Do Y

- If you know the exact task you want -> ask for the outcome directly, such as `configure smtp`, `connect whatsapp`, or `create email template`.
- If the AI gives guidance but no action button -> rephrase the request as a task, not a question.
- If the issue involves a broken screen or missing data -> create a ticket and attach a screenshot.
- If a Quick Action opens but you do not have permission to finish it -> stop and ask a CompanyAdmin to grant the needed access.
- If a Quick Action step says **"Nothing available to select"** -> set up the missing resource (for example, a template or mailbox) first, then try the Quick Action again.

## Diagnosis Flow

1. If you want the fastest path to completion, try a Quick Action request first.
2. If the AI response is generic, include the exact screen name and visible error.
3. If the AI cannot resolve it in one or two replies, create a support ticket with the reproduced steps.
4. If the issue is permissions-based, do not keep retrying the same action; verify role access first.

## AI Quick Actions from the Support Widget

The AI can detect your intent and suggest shortcuts. Examples:

| What you type | What the AI suggests |
| --- | --- |
| "I want to set up SMTP" | Configure SMTP quick action |
| "Create a WhatsApp template" | Create WhatsApp Template quick action |
| "I want to automate welcome messages" | Create Automation quick action |
| "Connect to WhatsApp" | Connect WhatsApp quick action |
| "Add a reply-to mailbox" | Add Reply-To Mailbox quick action |

## ⚡ Quick Actions Navbar Dropdown

Click the **⚡ lightning button** in the top navigation bar to access all Quick Actions directly:

| Quick Action | What It Does |
| --- | --- |
| **Invite User** | Directly creates a new user after collecting name, email, role |
| **Create Automation** | Collects a workflow name, what it should do, and (optionally) a trigger, then generates a plan, including condition branches such as keyword auto-replies, and shows every step for you to confirm before building and activating the workflow. If a step needs a template, mailbox or team member, you pick it. See [11.27](/docs/create-a-workflow-with-ai-quick-actions/). |
| **Configure SMTP** | Collects provider type and credentials, tests the connection, and creates the mail server directly — then opens its Edit page so you can confirm settings |
| **Create WhatsApp Template** | AI generates a standard template after collecting name, phone, language, description. For a carousel template, open the page and switch Template type to Carousel — carousel cards are built by hand. |
| **Create Email Campaign** | Opens the Create Campaign form pre-filled with your inputs |
| **Add Reply-To Mailbox** | Creates a mailbox directly after collecting connection details |
| **Create Email Template** | AI generates a template after collecting name and description |
| **Connect WhatsApp** | Opens the Meta/WhatsApp onboarding modal |
| **Create WhatsApp Form** | Collects what the form is for, the language and the date/time, then creates a draft form in the designer for you to review and publish ([9.8](/docs/whatsapp-forms/)) |
