# 20.1 Activate Your Sales Agent Account

1. Open the invitation email: *"You've been invited to join Peikly as a Sales Agent."*
2. Click the activation link.
3. On the **Set your password** page, enter a password (at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number) and confirm it.
4. Click **Activate Account**.
5. You are redirected to **Sign In** with the message *"Your account is now active. Please log in."*

**If the link has expired or was already used:** ask the platform administrator who invited you to resend the invitation.
